Was that other door to door company maybe Marimack... Mary Mack... Marmac... something like that? I got to thinking about it today and that name came to mind. My ex-mom-in-law sold Avon for a hundred years, and she managed to make a career out of it... very successful. She always got the incentitives and bonus things like the furniture and home decor things. She won some really nice diamond jewelry too for having high sales. But this woman literally LIVED Avon, she went out 5 days a week - rain, snow, sleet or shine - and worked 8 hours a day, selling and delivering that stuff. She used nothing but Avon products and wore nothing but Avon jewelry... she was her own walking billboard. And the minute anyone said... oh that's pretty... she handed them a book and a sample. LOL When I was in the hospital having Sara, my nurses were too busy looking at her damn Avon books to deliver Sara. LOL There's also a Schwans route too... I have no idea what that's all about, if you have to be hired on to run a truck or what. But there's several that run around Booneville. ~Ang

Studio Girl is the one I was thinking of. I called my mom and she spit it out like it was nothing...but she loved the products. They have pretty much gone out of business. I found a phone number for them but they don't have the door to door people anymore...and no website.
It would be hard to sell Mary Kay or Avon these days unless you knew a ton of people or worked with a bunch of women--the door to door stuff could get you hurt these days.
