“ Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.— The First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution” www.firstamendmentcenter.org/?src=overtureWhen should our First Amendment Freedom of Speech rights be moderated? When someone else finds what we say damaging? When we incite a riot? When we cause harm, intentionally or unintentionally, to others? When? Or, should it be moderated at all? Should the lyrics of songs come with Parental Warning labels? Should hate groups be denied air time on television and radio, banned from press? Where is the line? And more importantly - who should draw it? ~Ang

People are so ignorant--they have the Constitution laid out right in front of them and still can't see the damn light of day. And still refuse to abide by what it says--the rights given to us and we just ignore them.
