Super Quick Fried Pies
1 can buttermilk biscuits 1 can fruit pie filling of your choice 1 cup flour for dusting 2 teasthingy oil for frying
Lightly dust an area to roll the biscuit dough out flat on, your counter top will do just fine. Lightly dust a rolling pin, and roll each biscuit until it’s about ¼ inch thick. Open the can of fruit filling and add about 4 tsp. onto ½ of the biscuit. Fold over the other biscuit side, pinch shut. (You may need to lightly moisten the edges with water to make them stick together and seal the pie.) Over medium heat, fry the pie on each side until golden brown. Serve hot. May sprinkle with powdered sugar.
This same recipe can be used for “do it yourself” Hot Pockets. Roll the biscuits the same way, to about ¼ inch thickness, fill one half with the ingredients of your choice (pepperoni and cheese, ham and cheese, eggs and sausage, you name it!). Fold, seal, and fry.

Hahahaaaa... I had to modify this recipe TWICE because this board automatically re-writes the word t-e-a-s-p-o-o-n-s with this : teaspoons
Why does it do this???
